Our line of issue-specific peels can be blended together to

create a custom peel to address multiple skin concerns.

Salicylic acid Acne prone skin; age/sun spots

A mild agent that encourages the sloughing of dead skin cells on the surface of your skin. By encouraging the peeling of the top layer of skin and the opening of plugged follicles, salicylic acid helps reestablish the normal skin-cell replacement cycle. This brings healthier skin cells to the surface.

For mild acne, salicylic acid helps unclog pores to clear existing and prevent future lesions. Like many other topical acne treatments, salicylic acid must be used continuously, even after acne lesions have healed. Its effects stop when you stop using it, so your skin will return to its uneven shedding; pores become clogged, and acne returns.

Lactic Acid Antiaging; Age/sun spots

Lactic Acid is a humectant – a substance that draws water into the skin. Lactic acid occurs naturally in the skin, and because of this, it is able to pull moisture from the air and hold it in.

Glycolic Acid Improve wrinkles & texture

The most active and beneficial of the Alpha-Hydroxy-Acids (AHA) in skin care. It is the only AHA which is able to penetrate through the cell walls by virtue of its small molecular size.

Once inside the cell, it stimulates the formation of new collagen and builds up the lower layers of your skin. This gives the skin a much smoother look and feel and reduces wrinkles on the skins surface.

Combination Peels

Jessner's peel - smooth out fine lines and wrinkles; reduce pore size; lighten discoloration

This peel combines three powerful ingredients that work together to combat dull skin and uneven pigment on the surface while tackling fine lines and mild scarring from beneath by dissolving skin's glue and encouraging new cell turnover and collagen production. Jessner’s peels have a great track record with all types of skin tones, including darker complexions that are more prone to hyperpigmentation.

The Glyco/Lac combination - overall skin revitalizing, reducing wrinkles & improve tone & texture

The Lactic and Salicylic peels complement each other perfectly. The Salicylic is great for acne, but is also drying, and works less well on fading pigmentation. The Lactic acid fades pigmentation and pulls moisture into the skin.  By combining or alternating between the peels, you get the benefits of the Salicylic without the excessive dryness, and you get faster improvements to pigmentation and tone.
